My Experience

Warning Don't drink this Daily it is ok if you drink twice a week, The smell of this tea is strong, especially the taste so just add sugar if you like or put it together on your coffee or just add lemon when you drink this tea expect after 5 to 7 Hours you got a stomach ache but when you run straight to toilet and poop your stomach ache will be gone, as soon as you poop.

For me, I did not have any problem with this tea because I use it for 4 years from now and until now I still use it for emergencies I do not defecate daily which is very helpful for me...
